Our knives are manufactured from 420 stainless steel for excellent sharpness and wear resistance, while the remaining stainless steel utensils are made from 410 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance.
To keep your cutlery in top condition, thoroughly wash and dry all utensils after each use. Never store wet cutlery inside the roll or plastic covers, as moisture can cause corrosion.
