5. Returns and Refunds
Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to return items for a refund or exchange. Products must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Royalties will only be granted for packs purchased using the affiliate's unique code; affiliates will not receive royalties from every pack sold. Additionally, please note that the percentage of affiliate royalties may fluctuate based on current market conditions.
