We ship all orders via Australia Post (Auspost) to ensure reliable and timely delivery. 

2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are flat rates, $11 for standard shipping , $15 for express shipping and free standard for orders over $150

4. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days for domestic deliveries. Please note that during peak periods, delivery times may be longer.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the Australia Post website.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and Australia Post to resolve the issue.
